June 2016 Saint Anthony's Relics visit U.S.A, Canada, Australia, Ireland and United Kingdom

After the astounding success of last year visits of Saint Anthony's Relics we are now pleased to announce that fr. Paolo Floretta, fr. Bortolino Maistrello, fr. Alessandro Ratti and fr. Mario Conte will visit New York ( U.S.A.), Toronto (Canada), Adelaide (South Australia), Ireland and United Kingdom in June on the occasion of Saint Anthony's Feast Day, bringing each a precious relic from Saint Anthony's Basilica in Padua, Italy.

Fr. Mario Conte, executive editor of the «Messenger of Saint Anthony» magazine, will bring to Ireland and United Kingdom two precious relics of our Saint from the Basilica in Padua. One of these reliquaries contains the Saint’s floating rib. This is the very same reliquary that was used by then-Archbishop Bergoglio to bless the faithful after the Solemn Mass at the Catedral Metropolitana in Buenos Aires, Argentina, on 30 April 2000.  The same reliquary had been kissed five years earlier by Sister Lucia of Fatima when it was taken to the nuns at the Monastery of Carmelite sisters in Coimbra, Portugal, in January 1995, during the commemorations for the 800th anniversary of the Saint’s birth.

The Eucharistic and Veneration Services will be celebrated as follows:

UK and Ireland - USA - Canada - South Australia
