St. ANTHONY's relics in CHARLOTTE, NORTH CAROLINA

For the first time, the precious relics of St. Anthony of Padua are coming to North Carolina, USA, from Friday, December 5 to Sunday, December 14.

For the first time, the precious relics of St. Anthony of Padua are coming to North Carolina, USA, from Friday, December 5 to Sunday, December 14.

Anthonian Days in the Oceania region will begin in Victoria this year.

Franciscan friar Father Bortolino Maistrello, from the Pontifical Basilica of Saint Anthony in Padua, Italy, will be bringing two, first class relics from our Saint’s Basilica.

One Relic contains fragments of St. Anthony’s skin.

Father Maistrello will visit various churches in the area of the Archdiocese of Melbourne, Victoria, from Friday, June 6 to Sunday, June 8, and then he will be in the area of the Archdiocese of Adelaide, South Australia from Wednesday, June 11 to Sunday, June 15.

St. Anthony visits New York, Brooklyn and Paterson. USA

Two Holy Relics of St. Anthony of Padua will visit the Archdiocese of New York as well as the dioceses of Brooklyn and Paterson from Friday, June 6 to Sunday, June 15.

The two first-class Relics will be accompanied by Fathers Mario Conte and Fabio Turrisendo, two Franciscan friars from the Pontifical Basilica of St. Anthony in Padua, Italy.

This year the June 13 Anthonian Days are starting from Saturday, June 7 to Sunday, June 15.

Franciscan friar Father Alessandro Ratti, from the Pontifical Basilica of Saint Anthony in Padua, Italy, will be bringing two, first class relics from our Saint’s Basilica to the Archdiocese of Toronto.

One Relic contains fragments of St. Anthony’s Facial Skin.

Father Ratti will visit various churches in the Toronto area.

Various plants have become symbols of Christmas over the years. First and foremost, of course, is the fir-tree with thousands of lights. Then there is the poinsettia that gives just the right touch of red to make us feel the festive air. Then of course we cannot forget holly and butcher's broom, two winter plants that can be used to make many decorations in our homes. And last but not least, there's the mistletoe, considered a symbol of rebirth.
