Single opening times
As of Sunday 2 May openings will be subject to the government’s Covid-19 guidelines. The new times will remain in force unless changed by new government dispositions.
Opening Times: from Tuesday to Sunday 9.00 to 13.00 and 14.00 to 18.00
Closed: Monday, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day
COVID-19 ACCESS GUIDELINES
The number of people entering will be restricted to 20 people at the most at any one time, with mandatory face masks.
We recommend prior booking by phoning the Basilica’s Information Office (Tel.: 049-8225652), which is open every day: 9.00 -13.00 // 14.00 – 18.00.
Tickets
- Single ticket for the three venues per person: full ticket €7, reduced* €5
- Single family ticket €10
- Free:
- - minors below the age of 6, disabled people with their escorts, religious, military personnel, tourist guides and group guides.
- On the half March Sunday (the day in which the Basilica expresses gratitude for the service of Pope Francis) and on 4 October (Solemnity of St Francis): free entry for all.
* Reduced ticket: groups of at least 15 people, students, teachers, and special agreements (when applicable)
Audioguides
Audioguides are available for a visit to the Basilica. They also contain audio tracks for the Anthonian Museum, the Oratory of St George and the Little School.
They may be rented from the Information Office for €3.
